What Andy Will Be Leading

In his new role, Andy is taking ownership of our commercial strategy across the entire A&S Group. That includes:

  • Strengthening project profitability
  • Enhancing financial oversight across all divisions
  • Supporting tendering, contracts, and commercial governance
  • Ensuring the business continues scaling sustainably and compliantly

This is a pivotal role as our workload increases and more clients trust us with complex, safety-critical projects.
