A&S Group is a UK-based construction and compliance business delivering integrated services across maintenance, project delivery, fire safety, building safety and access solutions. Operating across social housing, commercial and regulated environments, the group combines structured processes, accredited systems and experienced delivery teams to ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently and in line with current legislation. Our Project Services division operates as Principal Contractor, providing full oversight from planning through to completion, while our specialist divisions support maintenance, compliance and building safety works nationwide.

As Christmas approaches, we want to take a moment to thank everyone who has been part of the A&S Group journey this year.

We’re excited to welcome Andy Bethel to A&S Group as our new Group Commercial Manager .

A&S Group has grown quickly over the last few years, with more clients trusting us to handle complex, safety-critical projects. To reflect that growth, we’ve renamed two of our divisions so their names clearly match the work they deliver.

A&S Group now holds CHAS Elite accreditation, which is the highest level within the CHAS scheme. This recognition confirms that our systems, processes, and site practices meet rigorous standards for health and safety, quality, and risk management.

Our scaffolding division, J A Access, has reached an important milestone – celebrating one year of RISQS accreditation. This achievement reflects the team’s capability to support UK rail projects safely, efficiently, and in line with strict industry requirements.
