All roles require the relevant trade certificates, UK Driving License, and site access certificate e.g CSCS.

Maintenance Technicians – A&S Maintenance
Locations:
North West, West Midlands, Leeds, Sheffield
We are looking for Maintenance Technicians to support ongoing aftercare and social housing works across multiple regions.
These roles involve working within occupied properties, delivering both planned and reactive maintenance while maintaining a professional and considerate approach.
The role involves:
- Carrying out day-to-day maintenance and repair works
- Supporting aftercare programmes and ongoing contracts
- Working within social housing and live environments
- Completing works to agreed specifications and timescales
- Maintaining high standards of workmanship and site conduct
This role is designed for professionals who bring experience in in property maintenance or multi-trade environments who value consistency and quality of delivery.
Contracts Manager – Project Services
Location:
Nationwide (Midlands-based preferred)
Within Project Services, A&S Group manages construction and refurbishment projects with responsibility for safety, coordination and delivery across multiple sites. The Contracts Manager role involves overseeing projects from mobilisation through to completion, working closely with site teams, subcontractors and clients.
The role involves:
- Managing construction and refurbishment projects end to end
- Coordinating subcontractors and site teams
- Ensuring compliance with CDM regulations and safety standards
- Monitoring programme, quality and performance
- Acting as the main point of contact for clients and stakeholders
Particularly suited to those with a background in project delivery and a strong understanding of construction management.
Fire Door Installer / Inspector – A&S Compliance
Location: UK-wide projects
We are seeking an experienced Fire Door Installer / Inspector to support our Compliance division, delivering installation and inspection works in line with current fire safety standards and legislation.
The role involves:
- Installing fire doors to certified standards
- Inspecting fire doors and associated components
- Completing accurate inspection reports and records
- Working within live and regulated environments
- Ensuring compliance with current fire safety requirements
Most suitable for those who have a strong attention to detail and experience in compliance-led environments.
Contracts Manager: Building Safety Projects
Base location:
North West (project coverage: nationwide)
This role supports the delivery of fire remediation and building safety works across multiple sites.
The role involves:
- Managing fire remediation and building safety projects
- Coordinating specialist subcontractors and site teams
- Ensuring compliance with building safety and fire regulations
- Maintaining programme control and quality standards
- Providing clear communication and reporting throughout delivery
