A&S Group Launches Facade IQ for Specialist Façade Investigation Services
A&S Group has announced the launch of Facade IQ, a specialist division dedicated to external wall façade investigations and the technical services that support Fire Risk Appraisals of External Walls (FRAEW) and EWS1 certification.
The launch comes at a time when building owners, managing agents, developers and housing providers continue to navigate increasingly complex building safety requirements and external wall assessment obligations.
Facade IQ has been established to provide clients with access to specialist façade investigation expertise, supporting the assessment of external wall systems through intrusive investigations, opening-up works, technical reporting and project coordination. The division will work closely with Fire Engineers, consultants and project teams to help deliver the information required to support FRAEW assessments and the wider building safety process.
The new division will be led by Henry Greensmith, an experienced façade investigation specialist who has worked across a broad range of residential and mixed-use developments throughout the UK.
Henry brings extensive experience in planning and delivering complex investigation programmes, helping clients gain a clearer understanding of their buildings while supporting informed decision-making and compliance with current guidance and legislation.

Facade IQ will support a wide range of stakeholders, including managing agents, freeholders, developers, housing associations, consultants and contractors, delivering commercially focused investigation services tailored to the requirements of each building.
