 This project came through a major UK housing developer’s sales team, who needed a fast and high-quality turnaround on a part-exchange property. The home required a full refurbishment to bring it back to a strong, sale-ready standard.

 A burst water tank had caused significant damage, leaving the property in poor condition throughout. Everything needed attention — plastering, redecoration, new bathrooms, flooring, carpets, and doors — essentially a complete remodel to make the home market-ready and appealing to buyers.
